AT&T Lumia 635 now receiving Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 ...

When is my Nokia Lumia 735 going to windows phone gdr 2 update in India.My friends who own Lumia 640 and Lumia 535 got new update for wifi calling and so on.If i try the windows insider way i was pulled out windows 10.
